1. Identity & Contact Details

Better Here Projects ("we", "us", "our") provides North Shore home upgrades covering side access, front entry, outdoor privacy and selected surface improvements across Sydney's North Shore.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information directly from you when you submit an enquiry form, request a design consultation, upload property photographs or video, or communicate with us by phone, SMS, or email.

• Contact Information: Full name, mobile phone number, email address, suburb, and postcode.
• Project Details: Primary area needing improvement, desired timing, estimated budget band, and project descriptions.
• Uploaded Media: Photographs and optional videos of your property sections (gates, sightlines, passages).
• Consent Records: Date, time, wording version, operational consent status, and optional marketing consent choices.

3. How Uploaded Media & Information is Stored

Uploaded photographs and videos are stored in private Cloudflare R2 object storage with time-limited signed access URLs. No public directory listing is enabled. Submissions and lead records are stored securely in Supabase with row-level security enabled.

We collect and use this information to evaluate your project request, prepare initial recommendations, and communicate with you regarding your enquiry.

4. Marketing Consent & Unsubscribing

Submitting an enquiry form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications. Marketing emails or project updates are sent strictly where you have actively opted in via our separate, unticked marketing checkbox. Every marketing communication identifies the sender and contains a direct unsubscribe link.

5. Access, Correction & Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information or uploaded media at any time by contacting our Privacy Contact at privacy@betterhereprojects.com.au.
